Agent Type 114 - Voucher Hot IMAP Agent

Use Agent Type 114 - Voucher Hot IMAP Agent to import file attachments from an external email account to WorkBook (Creditor Invoice Management).

Parameters

Field	Description
WorkBook Web Address	The address for the Silverlight version of WorkBook.
User Login for the Storage Service	This parameter is no longer needed.
Password for the Storage Service	This parameter is no longer needed.
IMAP Server Address	The full address of your IMAP server, including the port number.
IMAP User Login	The user name that is used for the IMAP account.
IMAP Password	The password that is used for the IMAP account.
IMAP Source Folder	The folder where WorkBook monitors incoming emails.
IMAP Destination Folder	The folder to which the emails are moved after the import.
Company	The Company to which the setup is applied.
Send Reply after Import	Causes WorkBook to send a simple plain text email in English to indicate that the attachments were imported.
Description	Enables you to choose which option to copy as the description in your Creditor Invoice Management.

Recommended Schedule

Deltek recommends that you schedule this agent to run once every 5 minutes.

To import attachments from emails from your Google account, you must enable the option Allow Less Secure Apps.

To enable this setting:

1. Go to My Account.
2. In the Sign-In & Security section, click Apps with Account Access.
3. Set Allow Less Secure Apps to ON.

Voucher Paths

• WorkBook needs to know where to archive the imported files, so ensure that a valid folder path is indicated. The folder must exist on the file share that is connected to your WorkBook system.
• Deltek recommends that you create a folder for your vouchers/creditor invoices for each active Company in your WorkBook system.
• In this example, the paths to the folders are Vouchers\BlueBird\Archive and Vouchers\BlueBird\Archive because this WorkBook system contains two active Companies.
• These are the folders where creditor invoices that are attached to email messages are stored after they are imported to your WorkBook system.
  Attention: Ensure that you select the correct storage provider.
