Delete Reporting Groups

Use AR/AP Groups in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to delete reporting groups.

To use AR/AP Groups in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a reporting group:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a reporting group.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > AR/AP Groups.
4. In the bottom grid, highlight the reporting group that you want to delete and click .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
