Create Price Quote Material Calculations

Use the Price or Materials submodule to create price quote material calculations for selected jobs.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To use the Materials submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a price quote material calculation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job that you want to create a price quote material calculation for.
3. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the side toolbar, click Price and click the Material Calculation tab.
   • On the side toolbar, click Materials.
4. Click Create new material calculation .
5. In the Create New Material Calculation dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select the applicable material lists and currency that you want to use for the material calculation and click OK.
