Edit Parameters of Agents

Use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to edit the parameters of selected agents.

To use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit the parameters of an agent:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the agent parameters that you want to edit.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Agent Setup.
4. Highlight the agent for which you want to edit the parameters.
5. In the bottom grid, click the Parameter tab, and make the changes to the parameters.
   Note: Not all agents have parameters.
