Create Subscription Attributes

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to create subscription attributes.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create a subscription attribute:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings oage to select the Company that contains the subscription for which you want to create an attribute.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
  4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription for which you want to create an attribute.
  5. Click the Attributes tab, and on the grid toolbar, click Creat New Item .
  6. In the Select Value dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the attribute that you want to create and click OK.
  7. To edit the Name field, double-click on it and select a new attribute from the drop-down list.
