Remove Required Resource Fields

Use Required Resource Fields Approval in the Company Approvals submodule in the Settings module to remove required resource fields.

To use Required Resource Fields Approval, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a required resource field:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove a required resource field.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
  4. Click the Fields tab.
  5. Highlight the required resource field that you want to remove, and on the grid toolbar, click Remove Required Resource Field .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the required resource field immediately.
