Recalculate Job Number Sequence for Companies

Use Job Creation in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to recalculate the job number sequence for selected Companies.

To use Job Creation in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To recalculate the job number sequence for a Company:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to recalculate the job number sequence.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Job Creation.
4. Highlight the Company for which you want to recalculate the job number sequence, and on the grid toolbar, click Recalculate Series for Selected Company .
   Note: You cannot recalculate the series for a Company without setting a job number sequence first.
