Set New Job Number Sequences

Use Job Creation in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to set new job number sequences.

To use Job Creation in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To set a new job number sequence:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to set a new job number sequence for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Job Creation.
4. In the middle pane, highlight the Company for which you want to set a new job number sequence, and on the grid toolbar, click Set New Job Number Sequence .
5. In the Set New Job Sequence dialog box, enter new start and end job numbers and click OK.
