Set Job Number on Bing Import Entries

Use the Bing import submodule to set job numbers on Bing import entries.

To use the Bing Import submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To set a job number on a Bing import entry:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the Bing import entry that you want to set a job number on.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Export, Import & Maintenance > Bing Import.
4. Click the Under Preparation tab and highlight the record that you want to set a job number on.
5. On the grid toolbar, click and select Set job no. on Bing import entries.
6. In the Add a Job to Selected Import Records dialog box, select the job that you want to set from the drop-down list and click OK.
