Open Receipt Archive for Expense Entries that are under Preparation

Use the Expense Entries under Preparation submodule to open the receipt archive for expense entries that are under preparation.

To use Expense Entries Under Preparation, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the receipt archive for expense entries that are under preparation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Expense Entries Under Preparation.
3. On the grid toolbar, click Details sidebar .
4. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Receipt.
   Alternatively, on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Details.
5. Click Receipt archive .
6. In the Receipt Archive dialog box, you can upload, preview, download, and delete files.
7. Click Close .
