Delete Attributes

Use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to delete selected attributes.

To use Attributes in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete an attribute:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete an attribute.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Attributes.
  4. Highlight the attribute that you want to delete, and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Selected Row .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the attribute immediately.
