Reject Price Quotes

Use Price Quote Approval in the Approval submodule in the Tasks module to reject Price Quotes (PQs).

To use Price Quote Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To reject a PQ:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Price Quote Approval.
3. Highlight the PQ that you want to reject.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Reject Selected Price Quote .
5. In the Reject Price Quote dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
6. You can also reject PQs in Price in Jobs.
