Add New Comments to Debtor Conversations

Use the Debtor Conversation tab under the Debtor Lst submodule to add new comments to conversations with selected debtors.

To use Debtor List in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new comment to a debtor conversation:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to add new debtor conversation comments.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Debtor List.
  4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor that has the conversation to which you want to add a new comment.
  5. Click the Debtor Conversation tab.
  6. Enter your comment in the Type a Comment or Drag Files Here field and click Publish or Private.
    WorkBook displays the new comment at the bottom of the list of comments.
