Use Tasks in the To-Do submodule in the Tasks module to save time entries for your assigned tasks.
To use Tasks, you must have access to
Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To save a time entry for an assigned task:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks
.

In the left pane of the Tasks page, click

Click the
Grid View tab.

Highlight the assigned task for which you want to save a time entry for.

On the grid toolbar, click
Time Entry
.
Alternatively, click
Time Entry and Task Status

.

In the Time Entry dialog box, identify the date, enter the amount of time that you want to save, and enter a comment or description in the applicable fields.
Note: Enter time in hours. For example, 1 is equal to one hour, 0.25 is equal to 15 minutes, and so on.
Note: If you want your comment or description to be for your use only, enter your comment or description in the
Internal Comment or
Internal Description field.
