Change Access Rights for User Accounts

Use User Access Rights in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to change access rights for user accounts.

To use User Access Rights in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To change access rights for a user account:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the Company that contains the user account for which you want to change access rights.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  4. Click the Resource Setup tab.
  5. Highlight the user account for which you want to change access rights and click Change User Access .
  6. In the Change User Access dialog box, use the drop-down lists to select a new user type and access role for the user account.
  7. Click OK.
