Search for CRM Activities for Follow-up
Use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule to search for CRM activities for follow-up.
To use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To search for a CRM activity for follow-up:
- On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
- In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the CRM activity for follow-up.
