This section provides information about the fields and options in the activity, prospect, pipeline, and contact cards.

- Activity Card
Use the activity card to view information about pipeline activities such as the activity type and the resource, contact, schedule, company, pipeline, and employee associated with the activity. You can also add activities to your calendar or to mark them as done. - Prospect Card
Use the prospect card to manage client-and prospect-related information and activities, such as updating client or prospect information, adding pipelines and pipeline activities, viewing pipeline logs, and organizing documents, emails, and conversations. - Pipeline Card
Use the pipeline card to view and modify information about pipelines, such as the pipeline status, stage, rating, start date, and expected net and gross revenue. You can also perform pipeline-related tasks such as converting pipelines into jobs, adding jobs to pipelines, creating pipeline activities, updating pipeline dimension and partner settings, and managing pipeline-related emails. - Contact Card
Use the contact card to manage contact information and settings for resources such as clients, prospects, companies, employees, and suppliers. These include the job, job team, and contact access settings, profiles, optional fields, custom and interest codes, and default job settings. You can also manage emails, conversations, and documents, and view the tasks, jobs, and pipelines that contacts are on from the contact card.
