Create Employee Creditor Mappings

Use Employee Creditor Mappings in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to create employee creditor mappings.

To use Employee Creditor Mappings in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create an employee creditor mapping:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to create an employee creditor mapping.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Employee Creditor Mappings.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Create Creditor Mapping .
  5. In the Create Employee Creditor Mapping dialog box, select the appropriate options and click OK.
