Update Job Teams

Use Employee Cross-Company Access in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to update job teams.

To use Employee Cross-Company Access in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To update job teams:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the job teams that you want to update.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Employee Cross-Company Access.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Update Job Teams .
