Search for Task Emails

Use the Tasks submodule to search for task emails.

To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for task emails:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task email that you want to find.
3. On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task associated with the email that you want to find and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
6. On the Task card, click the Email side toolbar.
7. On the toolbar of the left pane, use the Search field to enter text related to the file that you want to find.
   WorkBook displays the results in the pane.
