Send Debtor Reminders via Email

Use the Debtors in Reminder tab in Debtor Reminders in the Debtors submodule to send debtor reminders via email.

To use Debtor Reminders in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To send a debtor reminder via email:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to send a debtor reminder via email.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Debtor Reminders.
  4. Click the Debtors in Reminder tab.
  5. Select the reminder that you want to email and click Send via Email .
  6. In the Create Debtor Reminder Mail dialog box, select the appropriate options and click OK.
    WorkBook saves the email as a draft.
  7. In the Email Draft pane, you can edit, delete, or send the reminder email.
