Add Job Briefings

Use the Briefing submodule to add a briefing to selected jobs.

To use the Briefing, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a briefing for a job:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job to which you want to add a briefing.
3. On the side toolbar, click Briefing.
4. Click the Briefing tab.
5. Click Add template and select any of the available templates. You can edit the template as necessary.
   Alternatively, click Upload a briefing and open the briefing file that you want to add.
