System Variable 1152: Keep Bookings When Rejecting Booking Approval

Use this System Variable to determine if bookings should be kept even after they have been rejected.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, WorkBook keeps rejected bookings and changes them back to Status 10 instead of marking the resources as done. You can see the approval requests that are changed back to Status 10 in Tasks > Approval > Task Approval of the User's Completion or in Tasks > Approval > Task Resource Booking Approval.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
