Delete Material Approver Roles

Use the Material Approval submodule to delete material approver roles.

To use Material Entry Approval in the Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a material approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete a material approver role.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Material Approval.
4. Highlight the material approver role that you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Selected Item .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
