Rename Current Capacity Profile Exceptions
Use Exception Capacity Profiles in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to rename current capacity profile exceptions.
To use Exception Capacity Profiles in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To rename the current capacity profile exception:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the capacity profile exception that you want to rename.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .

Use the
Exception drop-down list to select the exception capacity profile that you want to rename, and click
Rename Current Capacity Profile Exception
.
- In the Rename Capacity Exception Profile dialog box, enter the new name and click OK.
