Add New Pipeline Activities

Use CRM Activities for Follow-Up to add new pipeline activities.

To use CRM Activities for Follow-Up, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new pipeline activity:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > CRM Activities for Follow-Up.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add new pipeline activity .
  4. In the Add New Pipeline Activity dialog box, select the resource to which you want to add the new pipeline activity, and specify the applicable contact, activity type, date and time, employee responsible, Company, and pipeline.
    Note: You can also enter an activity text.
  5. Click OK.
