System Variable 119: Disallow Access to Resource Sales When Related to Resources

Use this System Variable to determine which users should be allowed to view information related to resource rates and how they are billed to clients.

You can select any of the following options for this setting:

• 0 - Full access to advanced and basic users
• 1 - Disallow access to resource sale from advanced and basic users
• 2 - Disallow access to resource sale from basic users

The default value for this System Variable is 0 - Full access to advanced and basic users.

Note: This affects all the modules in WorkBook.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
