Search for Activity Departments

Use the Activity Department Settings tab under the Activities submodule to search for activity departments.

To use Activities in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for an activity department:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the activity department that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Activities.
4. Click the Activity department settings tab and on the grid toolbar, use the Search grid field to enter a keyword associated with the activity department.
