Search for System Variables

Use the System Variables submodule to search for system variables.

To use System Variables in the Global System Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a system variable:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the system variable that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > System Variables.
4. At the top of the middle pane, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the system variable.
   Note: This field searches all system variables regardless of the selected variable category.
