Clear Rejected Entries

Use Rejected Entries in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to clear rejected entries.

To use Rejected Entries, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To clear a rejected entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Rejected Entries.
  3. Highlight the rejected entry that you want to clear.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Clear the Selected Entry .
