Add New AR/AP VAT Codes

Use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to add new AR/AP VAT codes.

To use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new AR/AP VAT code:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new AR/AP VAT code.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > VAT Settings.
  4. Click the AR/AP VAT Codes tab, and on the grid toolbar, click Add AR/AP VAT Code .
  5. To edit fields, double-click on them.
  6. To enable manual correction for the AR/AP VAT code, deselect the code that is currently enabled for manual correction, and then select the Manual Correction check box.
