Set WIP Values of Jobs to Zero

Use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up page to set the WIP value of selected jobs to zero.

To use Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up in the Month-End submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To set the WIP value of a job to zero:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to set a job WIP value to zero.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Month-End > Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up.
  4. Highlight the job whose WIP value you want to set to zero.
  5. On the grid toolbar, click and select Set WIP Value to Zero for Selected Jobs.
  6. In the Make Adjustment for Selected Jobs dialog box, make any necessary adjustments to the date and approval status.
  7. Click OK.
