Run Agents

Use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to run agents. You can use this to override an agent's regular schedule to run once, immediately.

To use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To run a selected agent:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the agent that you want to run once.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Agent Setup.
  4. Highlight the agent that you want to run, and on the grid toolbar, click Run Agent Once .
    WorkBook lists this in the bottom grid as a run-once schedule of the agent.
