Search for Assigned Posting Accounts

Use Posting Configurations in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to search for the assigned posting accounts of selected posting configurations.

To use Posting Configurations in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for an assigned posting account of a posting configuration:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the posting configuration of the assigned posting account for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Posting Configurations.
4. Click the Posting Configurations tab or use the drop-down list to select Posting Configurations.
5. Highlight the posting configuration that has the assigned posting account for which you are looking.
6. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the assigned posting account.
