Search for Assigned Posting Accounts

Use the Posting Configurations submodule to search for the assigned posting accounts of selected posting configurations.

To use the Posting Configurations submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for an assigned posting account of a posting configuration:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the posting configuration of the assigned posting account that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Finance > Posting Configurations.
4. Click the Posting Configurations tab or use the drop-down list to select Posting Configurations.
5. Highlight the posting configuration with the assigned posting account that you are looking for.
6. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the assigned posting account.
