Add New Task Resource Completion Approver Roles

Use Task Resource Completion Approval in the Company Approvals submodule in the Settings module to add new task resource completion approver roles.

To use Task Resource Completion Approval, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new task resource completion approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new task resource completion approver role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Approvals > Task Resource Completion Approval.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add Role .
  5. In the Add Role dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the role that you want to add as a task resource booking approver and click OK.
  6. To edit the Priority, Employee, Limit to Task Priority, and Limit to Ticket Type, double-click on the corresponding field.
    Note: You cannot edit the Employee field for all task resource completion approver roles.
