Search for Company Job Dimensions

Use the Job dimension grid lite tab under the Job dimension update submodule to search for company job dimensions.

To use the Job Dimension update submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a company job dimension:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job dimension that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Export, import & maintenance > Job dimension update.
4. Click the Job dimension grid lite tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the company job dimension.
