Search for Company Job Dimensions

Use the Job Dimension Grid Lite tab in Job Dimension Update in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule under Finance & Administration to search for Company job dimensions.

To use Job Dimension Update in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a Company job dimension:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the job dimension for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Export, Iimport, & Maintenance > Job Dimension Update.
  4. Click the Job Dimension Grid Lite tab.
  5. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the Company job dimension.
