Once you are done entering dimension budgets on the Dimension Budget tab of the Financial Budget submodule, you can transfer the dimension budgets to the budget accounts that were previously selected for each dimension on in the Financial Budget Setup pane.
To perform this procedure, you must have access to
Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To transfer a dimension budget to a budget account:

On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration

In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list
above the left pane to select the company that owns the dimension budget amounts that you want to transfer to the account budgets.

On the Budget List tab, select the budget for which you want to transfer a dimension budget.

On the Dimension Budget tab, click
Transfer amounts to account budget
at the top of the grid.
WorkBook displays the Account Budget tab to show the updated amounts in the budget accounts for the budget that you selected on the Budget List tab.
