Reject Task Approvals of the User's Completions

Use Task Approval of the User's Completion the Approval submodule in the Tasks module to reject task approvals of the user's completions.

To use Task Approval of the User's Completion, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To reject a task approval of a user's completion:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Approval > Task Approval of the User's Completion.
3. Highlight the task approval of the user's completion that you want to reject.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Reject the Selected Entries .
   Alternatively, click the corresponding Reject Completion field.
5. In the Reject dialog box, enter a reason for rejection and click OK.
