Clear All Transaction Selections of Selected Creditors

Use the Remainder Handling tab to cancel all selections of selected creditors and start over. This operation cannot be undone.

To use Creditor List in the Creditors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in Employee Cross-Company Access under Settings.

To clear all transaction selections of a selected creditor:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to clear creditor transaction selections.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, select Creditors > Creditor List.
  4. On the List tab, select the creditor that has the transaction selections that you want to clear.
  5. On the Remainder Handling tab, click Clear all selections on the top grid toolbar.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
