Procedures
Use the Creditor List submodule in the Creditors module under Finance & Administration to add and delete creditors, manage creditor invoice transactions, view creditor invoice vouchers, and perform eliminations, among others.
To use the Creditor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee Cross-Company Access submodule under Settings.

Displaying creditors by balance displays the total balance and the balance due for each creditor. Displaying creditors by setup information displays information such as the creditor's addresses, accounting contact, and telephone number. - Update Creditor Information
You can still update creditor information after you have added the creditor to WorkBook. - Set Up a Default Invoice Account and Activity for Creditors
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can set up a default invoice account and activity for each creditor. This allows WorkBook to automatically allocate a voucher to a creditor, and enables you to process the voucher just by entering the voucher header data. For example, there is a credit invoice for six months of rent that was paid in advance - you can enable WorkBook to automatically divide that amount over six months and charge the monthly rent to a balance sheet accrual account. - Add a Creditor to WorkBook

You can search for a specific creditor on the Creditor List by using the Search field on the List tab of the Creditor List submodule. - Show Active, Blocked, or All Creditors
WorkBook displays only the active creditors by default. You have the option display blocked creditors or all creditors. - Block a Creditor
There can be several reasons why you may want to block a creditor: for example, if your company no longer or rarely does business with the creditor and you cannot delete it due to active postings. You have the option to block the creditor. - Unblock a Creditor
You can unblock a creditor that you have previously blocked. - View Creditor Voucher Details
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view the voucher details for each creditor in the Creditor List submodule. These include the voucher type, voucher date, invoice number, due date, currency, amount, remaining amount, and cost code. You can also display the creditor invoice cards. - Put a Voucher Payment on Hold (List Tab)
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can put voucher payments on hold on the List tab of the Creditor List submodule. You can do this under certain scenarios, such as when you are still awaiting product delivery, or when you are still negotiating the payment amount with the creditor. - Allow Payment for a Voucher (List Tab)
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can allow payments for vouchers whose payments are on hold on the List tab of the Creditor List submodule. - View Payment Information for Vouchers With Blocked Payments (List Tab)

You can do this under certain scenarios, such as when you are still awaiting product delivery, or when you are still negotiating the payment amount with the creditor. Clear pending eliminations to remove a transaction's pending eliminations instead of finalizing or settling it. You can clear pending eliminations in the Journals, Debtors, or Creditors module. - Auto-Suggest Eliminations for Selected Creditors
WorkBook can suggest and match eliminations based on the creditor vouchers to avoid a mismatch in settling payments. Note that you can only pay based on the information that you have and you cannot match random payments and invoices to settle balances. You may also want to finalize your pending manual settlements before using this feature. - Auto-Match Eliminations for Selected Creditors
