Auto-Match Eliminations for Selected Creditors

WorkBook enables you to auto-match eliminations to clear pending (non-finalized) eliminations. You might want to finalize your pending manual settlements before using this feature.

To use Creditor List in the Creditors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in Employee Cross-Company Access under Settings.

To auto-match eliminations for a selected creditor:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to auto-match creditor eliminations.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Creditors > Creditor List.
  4. On the List tab, select the creditor that has the transactions for which you want to auto-match eliminations.
  5. On the Elimination tab, click Auto-Match Eliminations on the top grid toolbar.
  6. If you have finalized your pending manual settlements, click Yes to continue auto-matching eliminations.
    WorkBook clears the New Remainder column in the top grid.
