Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can update employee information such as the employee's name, position, phone number, email, address, skills, and interest groups in Resources. - Deactivate an Employee From the Main Resources or Employee Settings Grid

For example, if you are the employee's manager and you also need to enter your own time for the task that the employee is working on. - Use Timer to Enter Your Time in Resources
Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can use a timer to save your time in Resources for tasks that are assigned to other employees. Starting the timer prompts Workbook to record the time until you stop it. You can then save the recorded time on your time sheet in Time & Expense. This is useful if you want to record the exact duration that an employee was working on a task. - View or Join Employee Task Conversations
