Add New Required Resource Fields Approver Roles

Use Required Resource Fields Approval in the Company Approvals submodule in the Settings module to add new required resource fields approver roles.

To use Required Resource Fields Approval, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new required resource fields approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Ccompany in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new required resource fields approver role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
  4. Click the Roles tab, and on the grid toolbar, click Add New Approver .
  5. In the Add Role dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the role that you want to add as a required resource fields approver and click OK.
  6. To edit the Priority, Employee List, and Resource Type, and Limit to Employees Created in Company fields, double-click on the corresponding field.
    Note: You cannot edit the Employee List, Resource Type, and Limit to Employees Created in Company fields for all required resource fields approver roles.
