Change Values of Voucher Sequences

Use the Voucher Sequences submodule to change the values of voucher sequences.

To use the Voucher Sequences submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To change the values of a voucher sequence:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the voucher sequence values that you want to change.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Finance > Voucher Sequences.
4. Highlight the voucher sequence whose values you want to change and on the grid toolbar, click Change Value .
5. In the Settings Finance Sequence Data Dialog dialog box, make the applicable edits on the different values and click OK.
