Default Capacity Profile

Use Default Capacity Profile under Settings to configure the default capacity profile for your company and for all the companies in your WorkBook system. You can update the ideal booking, basic time, flex hours, maximum booking, and work time in the default capacity profile. You can also add multiple default capacity profiles and create and delete default capacity profiles.

To use the Default Capacity Profile submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

You can use the default capacity profile in Resources > Resource Information > Settings > Capacity Profile.

The submodule consists of the following tabs:

• Standard Profiles: On this tab you can set the default capacity profile that will be used for newly created employees in all the companies in your WorkBook system.
• Company Specific Profiles: On this tab you can set the default capacity profile that will be used for newly created employees or resource contacts for each company in your WorkBook system.
