Open Entry Cards of Resources Under Preparation

Use Resources Under Preparation in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open entry cards of resources that are under preparation.

To use Resources Under Preparation, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the entry card of a resource that is under preparation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Resources Under Preparation.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 10 - Under Preparation or 20 - Awaiting Approval , as applicable.
4. Highlight the resource that is under preparation for which you want to open the entry card.
5. Click Open Entry Card .
6. To close the entry card, click Open Entry Card again.
