System Variable 1044: Resource Requests: Hide Allocated Tasks and Booked Hours for Basic Users Until Booking is Approved

Use this System Variable to determine if unapproved tasks and bookings should be hidden from Basic Users.

When this System Variable is enabled, only approved bookings are shown for Basic Users and only approved hours are shown in task resources. This setting also prevents Basic Users from moving bookings.

Note: Basic Users can still see unapproved tasks and bookings if they are tagged as the Task Responsible.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
