Use the System Variables in this grouping to control the settings that affect how scheduling, allocation, and tasks are managed in WorkBook.
Using these System Variables, you can control if users with no access to WorkBook can be assigned tasks, which users can approve task completions, if bookings should be automatically sent for approval, and so on.
