System Variable 232: Allow to Allocate Tasks to Users With the License Type "Employee With No Access to WorkBook" in Schedules

Use this System Variable to determine if users with no access to WorkBook can be allocated tasks in Scheduling.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, you can allocate tasks to users with the license type, "Employee with No Access to WorkBook". This is usually used to book freelance resources.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
