System Variable 395: Allow the User to Add/Request an Absence Entry if the User is Allocated on Tasks in Absence Entry Period
Use System Variable to determine if a user can add or request absence in periods where the user has task allocations.
When this System Variable is enabled and the user has task allocations in the period where they are requesting absence, WorkBook displays a message to the user explaining that the absence entry cannot be added or requested. The message includes the job numbers of the user's tasks.
This System Variable is enabled by default.
It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
